Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Link custom form sections to review types

Overview

Custom Form sections can be linked to specific Review Types so they only appear on reviews that match the selected type. This helps Centres control which questions or sections are displayed during different types of learner reviews in Onefile Eportfolio.

Steps

How to Link a Custom Form Section to Review Types

  1. Ensure the Custom Form is published as Learner Review.
  2. Open an existing form or click Create Form to start a new one.
  3. Click New Form Section or select Edit on an existing section.
  4. Locate the Review Type dropdown (all review types are selected by default).
  5. Select the Review Types where this section should appear.
  6. Click Save.

Note: If a section is set to All Review Types, it will appear on every learner review.

Missing a Review Type?

If a Review Type is missing from the list, contact your Centre Manager to check that the Review Type has been created in Look‑up Tables and published for use.

Guidance on creating and publishing Custom Forms can be found here: Custom Form Guidance

Tips & Notes

  • Only sections can be linked to Review Types – individual fields inherit the section assignment.
  • Linking sections helps ensure each review contains only relevant content.
