Software Update: Thursday 30th January 2025

On Thursday, we're updating OneFile Enrol, RPL and Engage, to introduce some new enhancements and fixes.

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

How to find OneFile Eportfolio Learner User ID

  1. Click Users on the left navigation bar
  2. Click Learner Episodes

The UserID will appear in the first column on the user table.
