Switching between Keychain accounts

Overview

You can switch between any accounts linked to your One. You can switch between any accounts linked to your Onefile Keychain without returning to the Keychain page.

Steps

How to Switch Accounts

  1. Click your Name in the top-right corner of the page.
  2. Select Switch Account.
     
  3. Choose the Product you want to switch to (e.g., Eportfolio, Enrol, RPL).
  4. Select the Account you want to access.

Account Not Appearing?

If an account for one of the Onefile products does not appear in the Switch Account menu, it means:

  • The account is not linked to your Keychain, or
  • The account is unprotected.

To resolve this, please contact your Centre Manager or Onefile Support so the account can be linked or protected correctly.

Tips & Notes

  • You can switch accounts as often as needed without logging out.
  • Only accounts linked to your Keychain will display.
  • Account protection ensures secure access across all Onefile products.
