User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Managers
Centre Setting
Prevent logging of OTJ hrs when...
- Learning activity start date is before the learners start date
- Learning activity end date is after the learners anticipated completion date
- Learning activity start date is in the future
To enable the above setting(s), follow the steps below:
- Click Centre
- Click Centre Settings
- Scroll down to Miscellaneous, and subheading Timesheets
- Tick the setting you wish to enable
- Click Save
If a learner is continuing beyond their anticipated completion date, update their learner status to exclude them from this validation. Note- the Learner Status within Look-up tables must be configured by a Centre Manager as below:
