  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

How to Invite an Employer

  1. Go to My Organisation in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Manage Employers.
  3. Select Add employer.
  4. Enter the Employer’s name or select an unlinked Eportfolio placement.
  5. Select whether the Employer pays levy.
  6. Click Add Employer to complete the process.

How to Add a Line Manager to an Employer

  1. Click Add line manager under the relevant employer.
  2. Enter the line manager’s:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Email address
  3. Click Add Line Manager.

The user will automatically be emailed either:

  • a link to create a new Keychain password, or
  • a confirmation that their existing Keychain has been linked to your Centre.

Tips & Notes

  • Ensure the employer’s details are correct before sending the invitation.
  • If the line manager already has a Keychain, they will simply be linked—no new account is created.
