Overview
This feature allows Training Providers to remove a learner from the system. Important: Only learners with an Incomplete status can be deleted.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Training Provider
Steps to Delete a Learner
- Click Learners from the left-hand navigation bar.
- Locate the learner you want to delete.
- Click the Delete icon.
- Confirm by clicking Delete.
Result: The learner is removed from the system.
Learner Deletion Rules
- Only learners with an Incomplete status can be deleted.
- All forms linked to the learner will also be removed when the learner is deleted.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Delete option not available | Check the learner’s status. Only learners marked as Incomplete can be deleted. |
| Forms missing after deletion | This is expected behaviour. Forms linked to the learner are deleted automatically. |
