Delete Employer (Enrol)

Overview

This feature allows Training Providers to remove an employer from the system. Important: Employers can only be deleted if they have no learners assigned.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user role:

  • Training Provider

Steps to Delete an Employer

  1. Click Employers from the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Locate the employer you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon.
  4. Confirm by clicking Delete.

Result: The employer is removed from the system.

Employer Deletion Rules

  • Employers with assigned learners cannot be deleted.
  • When deleting an employer:
    • The Key Contact will be removed.
    • The employer’s account will be deleted from the Keychain.

Troubleshooting

Delete option not availableCheck if the employer has learners assigned. All learners must be removed first.
Employer still visible after deletionRefresh the page or clear any active filters.
