OneFile Enrol has several user roles pre-built into the software. These roles determine the functionality, access level and permission of the user.
| User Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | Administers the Centre on Enrol. They are responsible for it's configuration and user creation.
|
| Admin | Manage the creation of Learners and Employers, whilst also being able to send and review forms. |
| Tutor | Manage employers, view learners allocated to them and related courses. They can also send and review forms. |
