Learner Database report

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor with the correct permissions
  • IQA with the correct permissions
  • Lead IQA with the correct permissions
  • Trainee Assessor with correct permissions
  • Centre Monitor
  • User Manager

Can access Learner database reports

To use the Learner Database reports where you can select fields you'd like to report on, follow the steps below.

  1. Click Reports
  2. Scroll down to Learner Database reports
  3. Click Learner View or Learner Standards View 
  4. Click Select Columns
  5. Select fields you'd like included
  6. Click Add
  7. Click Set
  8. Click Apply filters
