Upcoming Software Update: Enrol and RPL

On Thursday, 4th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Thursday, 4 June 2026

Scheduled maintenance will be carried out on Onefile this evening.
When: 21:00 - 21:30

During this time, Onefile will be temporarily unavailable.

What you need to do:
Please make sure you log out before 21:00, as any unsaved work may be lost. You’ll be able to log back in as soon as the maintenance is complete.

Learner Database report

Overview

The Learner Database Report allows you to build custom reports by selecting the learner fields you want to view. This is useful for tracking progress, monitoring compliance, and analysing learner activity across your Centre.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor (with correct permissions)
  • IQA (with correct permissions)
  • Lead IQA (with correct permissions)
  • Trainee Assessor (with correct permissions)
  • Centre Monitor
  • User Manager

Permissions

Users must have the following permission:

  • Can access Learner database reports

Steps

How to Use the Learner Database Reports

  1. Click Reports from the navigation bar.
  2. Scroll down to the Learner Database Reports section.
  3. Select either:
    • Learner View – for learner‑focused fields
    • Learner Standards View – for aim/standards‑based reporting
  4. Click Select Columns.
  5. Select the fields you want to include in your report.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Set to confirm your column selection.
  8. Click Apply Filters to generate your report.

Tips & Notes

  • You can export the resulting report as a CSV for offline analysis.
  • Use filters to refine results (e.g., by assessor, provider, class, or status).
  • Combine Learner View and Learner Standards View for enhanced analysis.
