Report on active learners (Per-seat usage)

Overview

The Per‑seat Usage report allows Centre Managers to view how many active learner accounts are being used within Onefile Eportfolio for a selected month. This helps with monitoring licence usage, auditing active accounts, and ensuring your Centre remains within its allocated seat allowance.

User Roles

This report can be used by the following user role:

  • Centre Manager

Steps

How to Report on Active Learners

  1. Click Reports on the left‑hand navigation bar.
  2. Select Per Seat Usage Breakdown.
  3. Click Submit to load the list of available reporting months.
  4. Under the month you want to view, click the number displayed.
  5. Click Submit again.

A full list of all active learners for the selected month will now be displayed.

Tips & Notes

  • The list will only show learners who were active during the selected reporting month.
  • This report helps verify licence usage and spot inactive or duplicate learner accounts.
  • Data reflects activity within the chosen month, not real‑time account usage.

Terminology
