Reporting on Last Logged-in Times

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Centre Monitor
  • User Manager
  • Assessor
  • IQA
  • Lead IQA
  • Trainee Assessor

To use the last Logged-in Times reports, please follow the below:

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Logged-in Times
  3. Select the Date you wish to run the report from
  4. Select the Date you wish the report to run up to
  5. Select the User group you wish to report on

Notes

This report will only show the correct times if the user has logged out correctly by clicking onto the log out button
