On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

How to publish a Delivery Plan template?

  Centre Setting

Enable Delivery Plans

  Permissions

Can manage learner's delivery plans

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager with permission
  • User Manager with permission

To publish a delivery plan template, follow the steps below:

  1. First you'll need to create a Framework Template. Help on creating these can be found here.
  2. Click the Delivery Plan Tab
  3. Click Publish: Off
  4. Click Publish Delivery Plan

You'll now be able to assign the plan to learners.
