Inviting Employers and Adding Line Managers

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Client Owner
  • Tutor

Both Client Owners and Tutors can invite Employers to your RPL centre and assign Line Managers to them.

How to Invite an Employer

To invite an employer:

  1. Go to My Organisation in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Manage Employers.
  3. Select Add employer.
  4. Enter the Employer’s name or select an unlinked Eportfolio placement.
  5. Select if the Employer pays levy.
  6. Click Add Employer to complete the process.

How to Add a Line Manager to an Employer

  1. Click Add line manager under the relevant employer.
  2. Fill in the first name, last name, and email address of the line manager.
  3. Click Add Line Manager to save.

The user will automatically be emailed a link to create a password for their new Keychain, or confirmation that the account has been linked to an existing Keychain.
