Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Registering Your Keychain for Onefile Products

When a new account is created for any of Onefile’s products, the user will receive an email invitation to register their Keychain

ℹ️Important Notes

The registration link in the email will expire after 7 days

❌ Link Expired?

If your registration link has expired, you’ll need to request a password reset to complete your registration and log in.

Can’t See Your Account?

If your account isn’t appearing in your Keychain after registration:

  • Please contact a Centre Manager at your Training Organisation for assistance.
